- Book of a lifetime: I love books and cannot pick just one. I chose four:
"Pride and prejudice" by Jane Austen has touched me by the romantic side of the story and by the strength of character of a woman with the courage to choose her own destiny in a time when that was not allowed.
"The perfume" by Patrick Suskind opened my eyes to the extraordinary world of scent and the poetry of perfumes, giving me a new dimension to the technical and physicochemical side of perfumes that I was studying in my PhD.
The whole collection of Harry Potter books by J. K. Rowling that took me to the marvelous world of magic, of the value of friendship and integrity to the mission of working for the greater good but not at all costs.
"E-Myth" by Michael E. Gerber (where the E stands for entrepreneur) forever changed my views in a moment of personal and professional crysis. It made me realize that purpose is what gives life meaning.
